Pinterest Make Me Challenge — Easy Photo Wall

Welcome to this weeks Pinterest Make Me Challenge which I’m co-hosting with Tina from Tina Gray {dot} me.

This week I wanted to share with you an easy and cost effective way of creating a stunning photo display wall in your home for a very small price!

The most inspiring board on my Pinterest boards would have to be my home design board. We are hoping to design our own home in the coming years and I’ve been pinning away all the different ideas that I would love to have in our home!

I was inspired by this photo on Pinterest as it showcases a lot of photos, and inspiring words in a small space which is also the same as the space that I had available in our home. So armed with this photo I went looking on Pinterest for some inspiring words which I wanted to hang, and also in the same colour scheme which we have in our loungeroom!

I found these quotes on Pinterest which I printed out and put into little black frames

So along with some of my favourite photos of the kids I created this wall in our loungeroom which I feel really sets our room off as a warm and inviting place to hang out!

I picked up all the frames from Kmart for between $3 and $9 each with the blog frames from Ikea. I used the removable 3M hooks to hang all the photos so that when we move again, I can remove them easy without ripping off the paint!

Do you have a room in your house you could update and make into a photo wall?

Now it’s your turn! What’s something that you have seen on Pinterest this week, that’s made you wanna get creative? Be sure to link it up here so we can have a look!!

Until next week, happy Pinning!

  1. I have got a wall at the front entrance but currently it is to showcase Miss 8 & Miss 10′s potraits they did at art class 2 years ago. It now looks pretty haphazard because the kids took them down to …no idea what for. So I think I’m going to use this idea to add a few photos and quotes too!
